We accept returns only for new, unopened items. Final sale items cannot be returned. This includes gift cards, custom orders, perishable supplies, clearance items, and opened personal hygiene kits.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, with all tags and accessories included

5. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

6. Refunds

Refunds are processed within 10 business days after we receive your return. They’re issued to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

7. Exchanges

Exchanges are available for damaged or incorrect items. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
